Batista vs. Rey Mysterio

I just read that Rey injured his knee and will be taking some time off. If that's true, Batista will probably put him out here. And even if it isn't true, I expect Rey to catch a lot of beatdowns at the hands of the animal before this feud ends.

first match of the feud

Batista needs this win more than Rey Mysterio.

Batista to win here as heel always picks up the win as a fued opener but maybe Rey might come up with a win due to disqualification perhaps, that's the only possibility for the 619 master against the animal.

Considering this rivalry has just begun i am expecting batista to win here as heel superstars usually pick up the opening win of the rivalry, this fued has a long way to go and its perfect start will be when batista hands down a heavy beating to rey

I like how Batista is kicking ass and taking names again. He seemed to have been pacified over the last couple years. Welcome back, animal!

Mysterio will win round one. I don't know if he will just pull a major upset (embarrassing Batista like he has been lately) or if Batista will get himself disqualified. It is true that Rey is going to have to get knee surgery again, however he wants to put it off a bit so he can have a decent feud with his real life friend, Batista. Batista will probably be the storyline reason for Rey's time off when it comes but it won't be for a while. I think Batista's comment, "I'm gonna rip your head off" on Smackdown weeks ago was one of the best lines all year and the best part was how calm he was when he said it lol. They can't end this one so quickly.

I would love to see Mysterio on the receiving end of much punishment during this match. That would make me very very happy.

I'm sticking with a DQ finish after a massacre.

I was thinking while reading heartbreak and triumph that because batista was embarrised by rey he will beat up rey and get dqed. Rey wins booyaka.

he s going to destroy rey

I'd say this may be a good match. Rey might be at the forefront of dominance towards the end of the match, but Batista will do something crazy. Maybe get DQ'd but I hope he cheats to win. That'd be heelish.

Batista will take the first match in this feud, but Mysterio will ultimately win the feud.

Rey Mysterio to win by disqualification, Batista will beat the life out of him so badly the ref will stop the bout or Dq Batista (if rey takes time off for injury reasons he can use this match ending excuse to jump batista and re-start the fued)

Batista needs to be put over as a heel. Whilst there is a chance of a DQ ending here, I'm sticking with the big man.

He needs the win to start the fued.

i change my pick. rey wins first match. it will be just like the eddie vs rey feud. rey wins the final match

guess Rey''s hurt, he may still win by DQ though

I'm guessing at a Rey win by DQ but it could go either way.

I like his heel turn. Should be a good fued.

Batista.

DIE

Not sure at the moment. Batista needs a win here to solidify his heel turn, so I guess I'll go with him. Rey will probably win the inevitable rematch, but I'm picking Big Dave for the win.

Mysterio has outsmarted Batista for the past few weeks, so that indicates alone that The Animal will probably win at the PPV. Also, it would kill Batista's momentum and big heel push if he lost here. I'm glad he's now finally a heel.

Reys got the best of Batista two weeks in a row now so Batista's gonna pick up the victory for sure here.
