CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio

I see Punk being a better oponent for Regal. Plus at the Slammy awards he said all that crap about holding three titles in one year so there's already build-up. Mike Knox may get involved as well.

This is a ppv match to see who the #1 contender is for the IC title? Lame...

Rey has nothing to do now,so he could win...but I have to give the nod to Punk.

I think punk wud come up wit a win here becuz both punk & regal hav sum sort of rivalry bw them n rey is currently starting to fued with mike knox, so i shud say punk has a nod here !

I think CM Punk will win and take the title from Regal. They have been building up Regal and Punk for a while. Rey and Evan have Mike "Caveman" Knox to deal with.

I think it's great they are putting focus on the IC title again. Why have the belt if you're not going to do anything special with it? I say great job WWE on placing emphasis on this once-important belt. Moving on, Punk already has Regal's eye and Mysterio is focused on Mike somebody so I think the #1 contendership will go to Punk

He'll make an excellent opponent for William Regal, even though Regal will retain his title against CM Punk.

Punk and Regal has been building since the tournament started, and Punk is way more suite for the IC Title than Rey is. This should be an exciting match.

Punk better win, tired of Mysterio now. Kofi should've been in place of Rey, would've made the tag scene and the ic title scene a hell of a lot more interesting

now that punk lost the tag titles i am shifting towards him to win here and then wint the ic title

It will not be a draw but I hate both of them and no matter who wins, Regal will beat either one of them

I think is to try to get Punk back in the spotlight. Although facing Regal (and likely losing the match) wouldn't help as much as another world title run...

Rey seems to be headed for a feud with Mike Knox(?) and Punk already has foreshadowed a feud with Regal, so I'll go with him winning the tournament. This should be a great match, given this is a first time meeting.

It would be really great to see a Rey v Regal title match but I get the feeling this one is going to Punk. The other week on RAW when they had Regal commentating they seemed to indicate that a Punk v Regal feud was looming and it's looking more and more likely. I can see Punk eventually capturing the title.

This is a fresh match-up, and one that I am looking forward too. I think Punk needs the win more. Punk as a double champion is a nice way to keep him in the mix after the World Title run. The match itself should be exciting, and I am interested to see how well these 2 mesh.
