Samoa Joe vs. Rey Mysterio

There's been nothing that has made me think Rey will get a run with this title. The only reason I can think of would be to pass it along to anther heel.

Joe has a ton of mileage as a champion, so I can't imagine Rey getting the US Title just yet, despite WWE's recent love of making all their stars a Grand Slam Champion, but I'm sure Rey will get that moment later on.

Tough one to call. This could go either way, Joe could probably do more as U.S Champ but I can see him being a possible challenger to Kofi or maybe even Seth next so he could drop the title here. I think Rey gets a fluke win and Joe ends up choking out Dominic on Smackdown.

Records at WrestleMania: Samoa Joe 0-0, Rey Mysterio 4-4. The question here if Rey remains the challenger... do doo do dooooo. Anyway, if the participants remain the same, Joe will retain.

Joe needs to keep it for awhile

This is a hard one to figure out because Joe's lost the last couple matches he had so he's got no momentum.

Samoa Joe will hold this title for some time.

I just can't see Rey pinning Joe

i have been a fan of him since his days in impact wrestling and he deserves a longer reign with title and i agree with hulk.

Joe needs a big title defense over a big name on this stage and Rey is a great fit. This should be a great match and it's a shame and it hasn't gotten more attention.

Word is that Rey might be injured so who knows if this match will even happen but if it does Joe looks likely to retain. Still Rey could use a belt and Joe could be moved back to the main event so I'm not sure.

glad rey is back on the card..watch his son come out and screw his father..either way joe wont drop the belt so soon.
