T.J. Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick

Kendrick is more likely to be in the cruiserweight picture to help put the younger guys over.

WWE made no effort whatsoever to introduce TJP to the casual fans on Raw or to build any type of story between these two so unfortunately, this match could go either way and no one would really care. I think Kendrick will take it eventually, but this is too soon. Suicide Manik TJP will retain.

I doubt T.J Perkins would win the Crusierweight challenge just to drop the title in his debut match on the main roster.

TJP just won the CWC to win the title, no chance in hell he loses it this early. I don't care much for Cruiserweights much and sometimes I won't even watch them. I'll go with the majority for a good amount of these Cruiserweight matches.
