Ziggler technically won their last encounter despite Sheamus leaving with the upper hand. I'm seeing the situation reversed this time.

Ziggler surprisingly won at Extreme Rules so I can't see him winning two in a row against Sheamus. Sheamus is supposedly a favorite to win the IC Title so he's gonna be booked strongly for a while.
