John Cena vs. Rusev

Cena just got a new T-shirt with the US Title on it. He'll hold the belt for at least a little while longer. Also, Rusev's storyline as US Champ has run its course. When it's time, someone else will take the title from Cena.

I think this rivalry has just about run it's course. I don't see Cena losing the title already, unless someone else interferes.

The question is why wouldn't Cena lose the title.

These guys are 1-1 against each other and Cena usually walks out on top of these storylines. So Cena is the wise bet for now.

Sometimes the best swerve is no swerve at all... here it would just doom Rusev to the role of coming relief. Please WWE, give us a swerve here where Rusev wins.

Rusev is done. Maybe he'll move on to the IC title.

Too late to give Rusev the momentum back. This feud should be put to bed.

The company is clearly taking a new direction with the titles. Playing title tennis makes no sense in that effort. No titles will change hands at this PPV.

I wonder if Cena will put the STF in with the chain to win the match like he's never done before...

Cena is going to hold this title for a long time. Maybe til Summerslam when he'll face Bryan and possibly unify the titles?

Cena normally wins these gimmick matches and he's only had the U.S. Title for a few weeks so it's too soon for him to lose it back to Rusev now.
